STRONG B.O.: Prophecy Fulfilled

So this week at the box office a bunch of movies nobody's going to care about in a couple of years opened. They all performed just like everyone expected and you can click here and draw your own conclusions about what it all means.

What I DO want to briefly mention is that it may have taken 10 weekends, but WEDDING CRASHERS finally passed CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY at the box office. CRASHERS now has the lead by around $76,000. (Oh yeah, and a budget that was over $100 million less.)
DIRECTOR TIM BURTON PLACES BLAME.
