Strong B.O.: The 14-Year-Old Virgin

Harry Potter continued his march towards total world domination his weekend, taking in over $100 million in just 3 days, a record matched only by SPIDER-MAN, REVENGE OF THE SITH and THE MATRIX: RELOADED. (Worldwide, HARRY has taken in over $180 million, which puts it between Adam Sandler's THE LONGEST YARD and RING 2, if you can believe it.)

I saw the movie and think it's great, not much of a reason to write a review. Of course, after seeing the film, there's always the lengthy discussion about what was cut from the story and whether that was a smart idea. A friend of mine hasn't read the books. After the seven films are done and he's ready to revisit the world, that's when he'll tackle the written story of Harry Potter. I think that's neat and I applaud his strategy. For many of us, we grew up with Harry in book form first and now we're following two similar storylines at the same time. I like that he's letting one version play out the full course, and then he'll go back and experience the tale with all the subplots and extra details.

And if you haven't seen GOBLET OF FIRE yet, you're in for a real treat. It's easily one of the year's best and most entertaining films.

Not sure who you mean. If you're referring to the cast, they're all back and filming the next movie. If you're referring to J.K. Rowling and the books, she has one more Harry Potter book to complete the story. There's a strong belief that she will tell other tales in the Harry Potter universe, but the main Harry/Voldemort story will end with the next book.
